Who we are
This website is operated by Outdoor Audio. You can contact us about privacy at any time through the contact page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the message you write, which may include details about your home or garden.
Alongside each enquiry we also record some technical information: the date and time, the page you sent it from, how you found the site (for example a search engine, another website or a campaign link) and your IP address. This helps us understand which pages and channels bring enquiries, and helps us filter out spam.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare any system plan or quote you ask for.
- To protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored in a secure database on our hosting platform and delivered to our inbox by email through Twilio SendGrid. These service providers may store or process data on servers outside Australia. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and no longer than seven years.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies needed for spam protection when you use a form. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by getting in touch through the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
